Command Center

Notavi Command Center is designed as a local program that interfaces with a local database to track clients and employees. Progress notes can be printed by employee or client. Reports can be printed for EES and WEP programs (VR and other programs will be added as needed or by request) for regions in Kansas and soon will expand to Oklahoma. These reports include client summaries, invoicing, and all other reports that must be filed with the state. Also included are company reports like invoice tracking and mileage tracking. Notavi is currently in a working beta format, this means that the software is ready for use, but there are features that are not yet turned on or are yet to be added.

Web Interface

Notavi Web Interface is an add on package for Notavi Command Center. Web Interface is designed for larger companies that have employees spread across large areas. Employees can log onto the web site and update progress notes, mileage, and view selected client information.

We currently have plans to set up a test site for interested parties to log on and try out the system. There is no launch date set at this time.
